The FCA Ambassador is a flexible, part-time ministry opportunity for someone passionate about faith, sports, and developing the next generation of leaders.

FCA Ambassadors work directly with coaches and athletes in their local community to: Build meaningful relationships with coaches and athletes. Engage, equip, and empower others to grow in their faith and leadership. Make disciples who make disciples through intentional, Christ-centered ministry. Bring FCA’s mission and vision to life within local sports environments. Create lasting impact on campuses, teams, and communities.

The FCA Representative plays a key role in advancing FCA’s ministry within a designated area by building relationships, developing leaders, and creating opportunities for coaches and athletes to grow in their faith.

The FCA Representative helps bring the local ministry plan to life by: Building strong relationships with coaches, athletes, schools, and community partners. Creating a culture of discipleship — making disciples who make disciples. Developing and equipping leaders to expand FCA’s impact. Implementing ministry strategy across local FCA Sports Environments. Collaborating with staff, volunteers, and community leaders to strengthen and grow the ministry. Leading with biblical integrity while representing FCA’s Vision, Mission, and Values.
